Recovery CD purchases deteriorated and distressed residential properties in order to renovate them so that they can become drug & alcohol-free living spaces.

A sober living house designed with community and connection in mind, Harbor House offers stability and accommodation for young men preparing to enter or reenter the workforce.

Located near the historic and revived Norwalk Harbor, this 14 bed home is conveniently placed near public transportation and within a vibrant economic environment.

925 Noble House

Recovery CD purchases distressed residential properties in Bridgeport and repurposes the acquired buildings to teach home improvement trades to men in recovery. Our residents are provided affordable housing in a supervised and supportive community, and are offered the opportunity of learning and working on improving our buildings.

With the renovation of 925 Noble Ave completed we can now support a total of nine men, across three separate floors.

The first two floors of 933 Noble Ave were renovated in 2024 and opened to clients in February of that year.  It has seven beds for men in recovery.

The third floor is under construction and will be opened in 2025, adding 5 new beds for men.

Brooks Street House

576 – 578  Brooks Street was refurbished in 2024 and now comprises separate living spaces for men and women in recovery.

  • 576 Brooks holds seven single rooms for men.
  • 578 Brooks holds four single rooms on one floor dedicated to women.

The house is managed as a co-ed, safe, affordable sober living community.
